Special Events & Group Rates

Special events and group rates are available Friday–Sunday, September 26–November 1, with festival hours from 10 AM–9 PM. Groups receive admission for $23.95 per person ($4 off) with a 10 person minimum.

Table Reservations – $160 (Optional)

Table reservations include:

Tent-covered shared space

4 tables and chairs

Trash removal

Reserved table signs

2 hours of reserved table space

Your table reservation includes 30 minutes before and after your scheduled time for setup and cleanup. Guests may stay at the festival until closing, but tables become available to the public after your reservation time ends. Setup/cleanup assistance is available upon request.

You may bring your own food or purchase food and drinks on-site.

Check-In & Payment

Check in at the Online Ticket Window at the Admissions Booth using the QR code from your ticket confirmation.

The host can either purchase all tickets upfront and send confirmations to guests, or have guests purchase individually using the event link. If guests purchase separately, please have everyone use the same group name so we can keep your group together in our records.
